I have since decided to bring along my own writing implements.
number 6 and number 9 are wonky - Windows vista and XP Professional
Using IE version 7.0.5730.13 on MS Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600 sevice pack 3
To clarify, the first question attempted, regardless of question number, works as intended. Subsequent questions allow only a single word to be re-arranged after which no other click+drag is possible

I like the test format, kind of fun. Unfortunately, for each question I am able to drag only the first character(s). After which I am unable to continue re-arranging to form a correct answer. I instead can only highlight the balance of the sentence fragments. No worries, though, I checked my answers against an off line translator.
