Is it just me, or is China now blocking IMDB? :( For the last week or so, the links don't go anywhere. Especially annoying, since there are a few Film Fridays in the archives that I'm not sure about and have no way to confirm. A link to the appropriate Chinese-dubbed version of the film would also be appreciated. :)

IMDB is blocked. Searching for the link text in Google will pull up the answer if you're looking for a quick workaround.

We have to link to somewhere. I personally like linking to (and passing SEO rank) to websites that are blocked in China, because it increases the visibility of the censorship at least marginally, but we can always add a link to a domestic website too.

@Trevelyan, Thanks for that. I think it's always a good idea to link to the Chinese websites anyway, because it gives us Chinese learners more fodder for learning Chinese. I don't know if it would be too much work or not, but how about retroactively linking to www.douban.com in all the other Film Friday episodes? 辛苦你啦！
